1. Communication and cooperation with research and academic centers related to retinal diseases inside and outside of Iran
2. Communication and cooperation with medical centers and hospitals inside and outside of Iran for visual impairment
3. Communication and cooperation with governmental, non-governmental and international centers related to the institute mission
4. Attracting and guiding the motives of public participation and benefactor
5. Media activity and introducing the Institute to the society
6. Medical, Psychological, social and legal support of the target society
7. Empowerment and educating visually impaired people
8. Introducing nature of RP disease to the society and proper interaction with visually impaired people
9. Demanding for the benefit of the target society from the existing legal capacities and attempt to making the government and society responsible
